Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m writing this letter to ask your permission to move into a single dorm next semester. The reasons are as follows.
My roommate always invites his friends to our dorm and they often make noise together and sometimes even holding parties, completely ignoring my feelings. Sometimes I kindly reminded them, but they didn’t care. This greatly affected my daily study and rest, and at the same time, I was full of dissatisfaction and anger.
I hope you could understand my difficult situation and I am sure you will agree that the only solution for me is to move into a single dorm next semester. Therefore, I would be extremely grateful if you could do that for me. Please contact me first if you have any news. Thanks again.
