Is there any standard to evaluate the meaning of one’s life? Actually, it is quite difficult to propose an absolute standard. However, it would not be that difficult to make an appropriate evaluation of the meaning of one’s life, if we, on the whole, perceive whether he is serious about life and what his attitude is towards work and life.
Throughout the history, all the people with great accomplishments regard their life seriously. As long as they are living, they always work and study as hard as possible, unwilling to dream away their life, let alone waste even a single moment of their life. Such examples have been set a lot by Chinese laboring people, great statesmen and thinkers of past dynasties.
