葡萄溝（the Grape Valley）位于新疆吐魯番（Turpan）市區東北部，因盛產各種優質葡萄而馳名全國。受獨特氣候的影響，這里出產的葡萄比其他地方的葡萄甜得多。每年8月是葡萄豐收的季節。葡萄摘下后，一部分會在集市上銷售，但絕大部分被掛在特制的蔭房（drying house）中風干，然后制成葡萄干（raisin）。如今，葡萄溝已經成為新疆的旅游勝地，每年都會吸引數百萬的游客來此旅游觀光。
